Job Description

Enterprise People are currently seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for a leading Dublin based client. Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Desktop Support Analyst will join our clients existing IT team who are responsible for resolving IT issues and implementing new technologies for a large local user base. You will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software faults on a range of enterprise level systems and applications. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leader in their field where you will gain valuable experience working with market-leading technologies. The Desktop Support Analyst will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to IT inquiries concerning system software and applications Work with end-users to resolve as many support requests as possible prior to escalation Implementcomputer systems and modify existing applications based on users' needs and business requirements Provide technical support on bespoke applications (full training provided) Follow issues through to completion Dofollow-ups with the users and business partners to confirm that their needs have been met QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: An IT Qualification 5+ Years Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment Strong MS Server, O365 and Active Directory support experience ITIL Certification (ITIL 4) Stamp 4 visa or EU Passport is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills OUR CLIENT OFFERS: Excellent career growth opportunities Tailored development plan Excellent benefits package (Healthcare, Bonus, Pension etc) Excellent work-life balance Please call Patrick Docherty at Enterprise People for more information.
