The ideal candidate will have: • IT related university degree • Good English communication skills • 5+ years of experience in building workflow solutions using Appian platform • Experience in ITSM, and application production monitoring, debugging, impact analysis, and defect fixing • Experience in Agile, and Azure Dev Ops environment Responsibilities: • Own the full responsibility to develop and operate automated workflow solutions using Low Code Platforms • Oversee, maintain, and improve the solutions in production to ensure ongoing performance, compliance to ITSM and change procedure, and stakeholder satisfaction • Take initiative to drive innovation or hyperautomation/AI related proof-of-concepts, pilots, and new technology/project implementations • Coach other developers or citizen developer communities to use Appian platforms Nice to have: • Re/insurance industry, regulatory, data protection related knowledge • Ui Path RPA development • Azure cloud ecosystem • Selenium test automation • Python • French language understanding We value diversity and provide a working environment where all employees feel welcome, respected, and empowered to perform at their best.
