DevOps/ Cloud Engineer Remote, Ireland Salary:65-80K Permanent, full-time We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Cloud Engineer based in Ireland. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure. As a key member of the DevOps team, you will work closely with developers, IT operations, and security teams to manage and automate the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of our cloud-based applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability and scalability. Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring performance, security, and cost optimization. Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Ensure compliance with best practices for security, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security.Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role. Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools. Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools.
