Our client is seeking a skilled Dev Ops Engineer to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. This is a long-term daily rate contract with hybrid working options, allowing for a great work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure Dev Ops.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) or Bicep templates.
- Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions.
- Ensure security best practices are followed and compliance requirements are met.
- Facilitate effective collaboration within the development and ICT infrastructure teams and provide training and mentoring as needed.
Experience Required
- Azure Dev Ops Services, including pipelines, boards, repos, artifacts and Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity management.
- Implementation and management of CI/CD processes for different types of applications (e.g., web apps, microservices, databases).
- Experience with various build and release management tools and practices.
- Experience automating deployment processes, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management using scripting languages and tools.
- Management of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Management monitoring and logging solutions to track application performance, security, and availability.
- Resolution of complex technical issues related to builds, deployments, and infrastructure.
