Job Description
Skilled DevOps Engineer sought to join a prominent banking leader’s innovative IT department, driving technology stack enhancements, security, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies on premises and in the cloud.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to deploy and operate systems.
- Automate and streamline operations and processes.
- Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Facilitate technology stack enhancements and upgrades.
- Ensure system security through best-in-class cloud security solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a DevOps role.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, ideally Azure.
- Experience in CI/CD and tools, including Teamcity and/or Maven.
- Knowledge of JVM and Java and Java EE technologies.
- Extensive experience in Jenkins.
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
