The DX Device and Fixed Asset Lead Reporting into the Dx Customer Care and Operations team in Global Diagnostics. This candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding organization direction on the Asset Global strategy for the Dx Medical Analyzer management placed at veterninary customers or distributors with particular emphasis on depreciating assets and sunsetting of older models in replacement of newer models. Defining and implementing the workflows across all global entities. Bringing the industry standard to Zoetis. The candidate will develop and execute a strategic plan that outlines an efficient movement of devices globally. Taking into consideration Organizational goals and operational requirements. A key element of this role will be Process Optimization, identifying opportunities for improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the overall equipment management process. The candidate will be required to implement streamlined initiatives to optimize the movement of the devices ensuring minimal downtime and resource utilization. A strong emphasis on the Assets efficiency model, with a good understanding of accounting standards and regulations in international markets. Establishing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the new device management process and provide regular updates to leadership on these metrics. Build close ties with the Global Manufacturing and Supply organization, Dx ATM Leaders, Dx Product Manager Teams and Business Unit Directors in Market to facilitate a strong working relationship on Dx Device Asset processes. The candidate will have exceptional organization skills and have proven experience in implementation of new/ improved global processes. Key responsibilities: Create and role out the Global Strategy for Dx Medical Device Management Define key metrics to measure profitable use of the global DX device pool Create and drive compliance across all global DX markets on defined asset management standard Capable of working with structured and unstructed data from multiple systems Drive an in-depth analyses of the current processes and highlight any potential areas for improvements. Build a cross collaborative, cross-functional team to resolve key business issues related to assets. Develop and enforce compliance standards and processes related to equipment movement. Evaluate current technologies in use for tracking real time movement of devices. Execute a detailed plan to drive a robust device management process. Analyze market and product trends and create a roadmap to achieve center of excellence asset management capabilities Leads a team of up to 4-5 people Key Skills Proven track record in the following: Strategic thinker with ability to plan and execute short and long term goals. Some of the main ones are: Repair Centre Leads, Global Manufacturing & Supply Organisation, Product Managers, Dx Business Unit Directors, Finance Leads, Operational and Process Leads, Data teams. Include direct & indirect reports, matrix responsibility and or additional resources (i.e. contingent workers), as applicable. 3 or 4 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible). University degree in Business, Operations Management or a related field. Masters/Advanced level preferred. Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation of process improvements. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross functional teams. Solid understanding of device management and depreciation Minimum 10 years industry experience managing devices and equipments. Experience in change management and leading in a multi stakeholder environment. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable. Ability to interact with cross-functional team members and stakeholders in a problem-solving, constructive manner. Familarity with technology solutions for equipment tracking and management. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Demonstrated knowledge of common learning management systems (LMS) and toolsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal). Highly comfortable in presenting and transferring knowledge and incorporate key strategies in the learning programs. Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) skills required PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS Note the physical conditions in which work will be performed, if applicable to the position.
