As an Account Executive at Microsoft, you will be responsible for empowering customers through the unique value of the Microsoft cloud, facilitating their Digital Transformation journey, and developing strong customer relationships.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, including building relationships with executives at the Chief-level (CxO) and other Business and Technical Decision Makers within the customers' organizations.
  • Effectively leverage all the digital tools and processes available and orchestrate the other team members to address customer needs and requirements.
  • Engage with Partners to find the best solution to address the customer's needs.
  • Accelerate your career growth, honing your solution sales and collaboration skills, and deepening your cloud expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Be the central point in maintaining strong customer relationships and advocating for customers within the organization/Microsoft.
  • Ensure continuity of customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction metrics by proactively establishing conditions of satisfaction at the outset of engagement and managing the escalation process.
  • Leverage specialized and technical resources and other roles to provide customers with the expertise they need across our product suite.
  • Maintain Product, Solution, and Industry Expertise by proactively building and maintaining strong knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy in the industry of assigned accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field of sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience with year-over-year growth.
  • Excellent Communicator with strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, financial acumen, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High Performer with the ability to consistently exceed goals and expectations and has the ability, characteristics, and determination to compete effectively against skilled and diverse competition.
