Digital Colour Consultant - Celbridge Are you passionate about interior design and love helping customers bring their creative visions to life? Our client is dedicated to providing customers with expert colour advice and personalised services. They are seeking a Digital Colour Consultant to join their Head Office team in Celbridge, Co. Kildare. This hybrid role will allow you to combine your passion for interior design with digital customer engagement. About the role: Assist customers with digital queries via video messaging, email, and web chat. Conduct one-to-one video consultations, offering expert colour advice and personalised recommendations. Manage online bookings and respond to customer inquiries, including colour queries. Occasionally support in-store or at-home consultations. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote expert services online. Create engaging content for the website and social media, such as blogs and informative posts. Work with CRM and booking applications to ensure seamless customer experiences. Skills & qualifications: Interior Design experience or qualification is essential. Previous retail experience. Proficient with IT applications, online meetings, booking systems, and CRM tools is advantageous. Excellent communication skills-friendly, approachable, and professional. Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle queries and complaints efficiently. Comfortable working independently and multitasking in a dynamic environment. Working hours: Open to 32 or 39 hours per week. 2 late evenings per month. 2-3 Saturdays per month.
