Job Description
Summary: Develop and deliver expert colour consultancy services across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences, driving sales, and fostering brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and personalised colour consultations across various brands, both online and occasionally in-store and at home.
- Utilise CRM and design software to enhance customer engagement and streamline consultation processes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, space dynamics, and style preferences to deliver tailored colour recommendations.
- Collaborate with web development teams to optimise the customer journey and improve pre-consultation questionnaires.
- Employ effective communication and active listening skills to guide customers through colour choices for interior and exterior spaces.
- Implement best-in-class post-consultation follow-up services, including personalised packages and bespoke follow-up emails.
- Provide timely and efficient responses to customer queries via various channels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand products, services, and colour trends to inform customers and support the online team effectively.
Key Skills:
- Qualification in Interior Design or relevant qualification.
- 1-2 years interior design experience or Colour consultancy preferable.
- Good understanding of IT systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong people skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Additional Requirements:
- Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager.
- Full Time / Part Time: Full Time, Hybrid Role.
- Working Hours: 32 hours per week.
- Flexibility: Open and Flexible to work on Saturdays and also late evening hours twice/thrice a month as per work requirement.
