Seeking a Digital Construction Manager to lead the implementation, development, and delivery of BIM and coordination throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Department Management: Ensure BIM department is correctly resourced, develop BIM documentation, and integrate BIM within other departments.
- Project Delivery: Produce project BIM workflow, conduct weekly coordination meetings, and ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met.
- BIM Development: Attend BIM seminars, monitor the latest innovation and technology, and provide continuous training for the team.
Requirements:
- 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within a BIM Coordination Management role.
- Proven ability to lead a team, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
