Job Description

Digital Customer Engagement Manager for SAP Basis Technical Consultant. Collaborative team environment, learning opportunities, recognition, and benefits. Manage customer engagement, delivery, and services for SAP Cloud Customers, focusing on SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud Edition. Drive sales to delivery handover, customer onboarding, and technical aspects. Support tickets, customer queries, and service reviews. Ensure service delivery, proactive ticket monitoring, and issue resolution. Contribute to customer Go-Lives, Release Upgrade, and maintenance activities. Execute problem management and continuous improvement. Support customer satisfaction surveys and commercial change requests. Liaise with SAP stakeholders, including Sales, Presales, and Renewals teams.
Key Requirements:
Engineering graduate with 3+ years of SAP technical consultant experience. Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, SAP ERP modules, and tools. Experience with SAP Basis activities, technical support in Cloud environments, and infrastructure operations. Good understanding of escalation handling and procedures. Experienced in working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
