Digital Customer Engagement Manager - SAP Basis Technical Consultant

Responsibilities include end-to-end virtual customer engagement, sales to delivery handover, customer onboarding, technical support, service reviews, SLA orchestration, and proactive issue resolution.

Requirements include 5+ years of SAP technical consulting experience, strong knowledge of SAP Basis, ERP modules, and cloud tools, hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, and technical expertise in cloud solutions.
