**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create and work with large digital datasets to extract value and insights
* Use statistical and data science techniques to explore data and identify patterns and trends
* Process, join and analyse data sources to create features which feed into analytical and machine learning pipelines
* Build predictive models and data science solutions
* Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and help them make informed decisions based on data insights
**Requirements:**
* Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science
* Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning and data science principles
* Experience in processing, analysing and extracting value from large datasets containing both structured and unstructured data
* Proven experience in Python and SQL
* Experience working with web analytics data (Adobe/Google Analytics) is desirable
* Familiarity with reporting and visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Cognos)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder & project management skills
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
