**Digital Experience Manager - Maternity Cover** A highly skilled Digital Experience Manager is required to oversee and enhance Dalata's digital presence across hotel websites and social media channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. **Job Description** The Digital Experience Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across digital touchpoints. This role requires a deep understanding of digital channels and user behavior to drive engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Social Media Management:** + Manage and lead the social media strategy for Dalata to maximise brand recognition and performance. + Develop and implement a comprehensive social media plan that aligns with business goals. * **Project Management:** + Lead digital projects from conception through to implementation, including website redesigns and new digital initiatives. + Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. * **User Experience (UX) and Design:** + Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions. + Work closely with developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. * **Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:** + Monitor digital channels and platforms to ensure they are functioning as intended and delivering the desired user experience. + Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators from website through to booking engine. * **Content Management:** + Oversee the management of digital content across websites and social media. + Ensure content is aligned with the brand's voice, messaging, and objectives. * **Collaboration and Communication:** + Communicate digital initiatives, performance, and insights to senior management and other stakeholders. **Qualifications:** * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital product management, or a related role. * Strong understanding of digital channels including websites and social media. * Proven experience with UX/UI design principles and practices. * Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). * Experience managing digital projects and working with cross-functional teams. * Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. * Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems. * Familiarity with content management systems (Strapi CMS). * Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is a plus.
