Drive Email Marketing Strategy
Manage email campaigns on Klaviyo, including scheduling, deployment, and reporting.
Develop email automations and workflows to retain customers, drive conversions, and build brand loyalty.
Plan and execute SMS campaigns, and create email A/B testing strategies.
Work with internal teams to identify optimal channels for acquiring new email subscribers.
Monitor email performance and communicate results to stakeholders.
Support blog and social media content, and create online stock reports.
Develop and implement Klaviyo platform growth plan, and analyze data to inform future email strategies.
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Communications
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Emarsys
- Tight deadlines, multi-tasking, and quick response to changing business demands
- Commercial awareness and target market understanding
- Top-quality analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use design applications like Canva or Photoshop
- Excellent copy-writing skills
