THE ROLE: Digital Marketing Executive Job Summary: As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the execution of the digital marketing plan with the aim of promoting the company, increasing customer acquisition, engagement and retention. You will report to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the new business development team. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation of all digital marketing and social media activities that drive new user acquisition and revenue growth. Plan, design, execute and manage B2B marketing campaigns, developing rich content that is tailored to customer personas to drive influence at different stages of the buyers journey. Support APAC and UK teams with their marketing requirements as needed. Identify target audience and implement marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Website development and landing page creation (knowledge of CSS and HTML would be beneficial). Deliver all company updates and news announcements through social media channels. Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns and LinkedIn advertising. Analyse the performance of digital campaigns and digital platforms and prepare reports, suggesting recommendations for how we can constantly refine and improve. Manage relationships with third-party agencies. Design advertisements for both online and print and collateral development (experience in Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator is required). Continuously work with the Head of Marketing to develop, refine and implement an effective digital communications approach for the company. Liaise with partners on a regular basis to plan and execute quarterly campaigns. Support the Head of Marketing on other key strategic marketing projects. Required Skills: Strong previous experience in planning, designing, managing and executing all company digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot. Previous experience with analysing the results of digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms and preparing reports to prove ROI on marketing spend. Experience with online advertising including creating and managing Google Ads campaigns and LinkedIn advertising. Managing social media accounts. Good technical competency using Microsoft Office particularly Word / Excel / PowerPoint. Good knowledge of Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator. Candidates must have good experience working with content management applications – particularly HubSpot. A key requirement will be the ability to actively manage and develop the company website. Strong business acumen and a minimum of 2 years B2B experience. Previous marketing experience in the IT sector would be a distinct advantage. 3rd level qualification in relevant marketing or business-related discipline. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. Excellent planning and organisational skills and a desire to develop in the role by engaging in training and accepting feedback and supervision from management. Project management skills and campaign execution expertise. A self-starter with an ability to work on one’s own initiative and as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
