Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of two years-experience in buying and managing digital ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. As a key member of our marketing team, you will drive our online advertising efforts, optimise campaigns, and maximise return on investment for our clients. Responsibilities: Digital Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies on Google and Meta platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to achieve our clients' marketing objectives. Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. This includes selecting the appropriate ad formats, targeting options, budgets, and bidding strategies to achieve optimal performance. Performance Optimisation: Continuously analyse and optimise campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Implement A/B testing and other techniques to improve ad performance. Budget Management: Ensure efficient allocation of advertising budgets across different campaigns and channels. Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on ad spend and performance. Audience Targeting: Leverage advanced audience targeting techniques to reach specific customer segments and demographics, improving the relevance and effectiveness of our ads. Keyword and Interest Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and interests for targeting. Stay updated with the latest trends, opportunities, and changes in the digital advertising landscape. Ad Creative and Copy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and engaging ad copy that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience. Data Analysis: Use analytical tools and dashboards to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Present findings to the marketing team to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Ad Platform Updates: Keep abreast of updates and changes to Google Ads and Meta platforms, and implement best practices to stay ahead of the competition. Reporting and KPI Monitoring: Prepare regular performance reports and present them to the marketing team. Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvements. Requirements: Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimising digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms. Proficiency in utilising ad management tools and platforms, as well as audience targeting and tracking technologies. Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset and ability to contribute to ad copy and creative development. Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, email marketing, social media) is a plus. A degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
