Job Description
Seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage PR, internal communications, and brand awareness for a family-run hotel and bar group in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the group's PR activity to ensure maximum brand visibility.
- Manage internal communications to ensure transparency and clarity in all marketing activities.
- Develop brand affinity through impactful and innovative solutions and consistency for all external communications.
- Manage the group's B2B collateral to ensure the sales team has the appropriate tools to drive revenues.
- Manage the group's influencer marketing to ensure opportunities are availed of with appropriate ROI to drive the group's awareness and business goals.
- Monitor the effectiveness of PR and communications campaigns and report to the Head of Marketing, with clear feedback, analysis and plans to move the brand forward.
- Manage the group's in-hotel promotional activity in line with seasonal requirements to drive revenues across bedrooms, M&E and F&B.
- Lead all internal promotional events and client hospitality with the aim of driving group brand awareness and developing B2B relations alongside the sales team.
Requirements:
- 2 years Marketing experience in a similar role.
- Graphic Design knowledge a strong advantage.
- Thorough understanding of social media and digital marketing.
