Full time Salary: Based on Experience About the role Key Responsibilities To manage the group's PR activity ensuring maximum brand visibility.
To manage internal communications to ensure transparency and clarity in all marketing activities.To effectively communicate the employer brand and B2 B messaging to increase brand awareness.
To develop brand affinity through impactful and innovative solutions and consistency for all external communications.
To manage the group's B2 B collateral ensuring that the sales team have the appropriate tools to drive revenues.
To manage the group's influencer marketing ensuring that opportunities are availed of with appropriate ROI to drive the group's awareness and business goals.
To monitor the effectiveness of PR and communications campaigns and report to the Head of Marketing, with clear feedback, analysis and plans to move the brand forward.
To manage the group's in-hotel promotional activity in line with seasonal requirements to drive revenues across bedrooms, M&E and F&B.
To lead all internal promotional events and client hospitality with the aim of driving group brand awareness and developing B2 B relations alongside the sales team.
What you will need Required criteria2 years Marketing experience in a similar role.Desired criteria Graphic Design knowledge a strong advantage.
Thorough understanding of social media and digital marketing.
