Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to help drive the growth of a leading global luxury real estate brand. You will work within a high-performing marketing and design team, focusing on the execution of key digital strategies aligned with our global affiliate marketing objectives. Key responsibilities include:
Implementing the brand's digital marketing strategy to drive online growth and business objectives
Developing and managing campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and retain existing ones
Providing marketing assistance for events, networking, and business development initiatives
Contributing to CRM and website development projects
Driving the brand's presence through video-centric marketing efforts
Enhancing the company website for improved user experience, SEO, and performance
Tracking marketing spend and measuring ROI, ensuring efficient use of resources
Monitoring competitors and industry trends, providing insights to refine marketing strategies
Managing relationships with external partners and vendors
Leading PR efforts and adapting global content for the local market
Ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all platforms
To be successful, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing
Proficiency with advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and CMS management (Word Press)
Experience with digital tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Hootsuite) and CRM (Hub Spot preferred)
Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube)
Knowledge of the global and Irish real estate markets
A proven track record of developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
