This is a highly sought-after opportunity for an experienced Digital Director to align their career with a leading brand and contribute to the reputation, growth, and retention of clients. **Key Responsibilities:** • Steward client accounts and uphold the highest standards of performance • Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital technologies and confidently present to colleagues as an expert in web projects, SEO, and measurement • Possess a comprehensive grasp of digital legislative requirements, including e-privacy and accessibility • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, forging strong and enduring relationships at all levels within their organisation • Exhibit exceptional listening and influencing skills, effectively challenging briefs based on evidence and experience • Profitably manage projects, crafting clear scope of work documents and maintaining a firm grasp of agreed expectations • Formulate appropriate budgets and provide timely and accurate client budget information internally and to clients • Lead with a collaborative and collegial approach, building a deep understanding of other areas of expertise and leveraging insights to benefit clients • Proactively drive growth and new revenue streams from existing clients and generate new business leads **Essential Criteria:** • Adept technical expertise in developing digital projects from discovery to development, with a focus on managing web development initiatives • A deep technical understanding of digital project management, encompassing web dev projects, digital display strategies, SEO expertise, accessibility standards, performance measurement, and digital thinking methodologies • A proven track record of successfully managing web and digital projects from discovery to deployment • The ability to effectively manage expectations and deliver ongoing technical support for maintenance • Knowledge of digital media buying across social, search, and display platforms • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, at a minimum, for wireframing and prototyping • Substantial experience managing team workflow and projects, as well as guiding the career development of junior employees
