Job Description: Sales Representative responsible for driving digital transformation and sales growth through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in Microsoft's 3-cloud-platform and Modern Work technologies to enable digital transformation areas.
- Support team members on digital transformation opportunities and lead conversion of leads into opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and services to recommend solutions or products in assigned areas.
- Understand customer business needs and develop strategic priorities for assigned solution areas.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products, solutions, and services with One Commercial Partner (OCP) and other assigned partners.
- Participate in internal technical community discussions and conversations to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Seek client feedback to identify drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction and execute plans to maintain and improve client experience.
Qualifications:
- Technology-related sales or account management experience (minimum 1+ year(s)) or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field.
- Additional qualifications: technology-related sales or account management experience (minimum 2+ years) or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field.
