Job Description
As an Azure Infrastructure Specialist, you will lead a virtual team to help customers achieve digital transformation through cloud computing, driving Azure Apps & Infrastructure consumption targets and developing expertise in Azure cloud services.
This role is part of Microsoft's SMC and Digital Sales organization, which is on pace to be Microsoft's next $100 billion-dollar business, empowering customers through the unique value of the Microsoft cloud.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers to identify and achieve their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling.
- Leading a virtual team of sales, technical, and services resources to help customers realize digital transformation through cloud computing.
- Developing and maintaining an Azure Infrastructure expertise, identifying projects, building a compelling business case, and driving the consumption project to production.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, influencing long-term strategic direction, and acting as a trusted advisor driving engagement at the CXO level with technology decision makers.
- Helping customers evaluate their cloud strategy, determine approaches to application and data migration and modernization, and recommend solutions that meet their requirements.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated technology-related sales or account management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in relevant (Microsoft or industry) technologies or disciplines.
