Microsoft is seeking a Modern Work Specialist to build digital transformation strategies with customers, collaborating across different groups to enable transition to a hybrid work environment.
- 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
- Strategic thinking & execution, excellent communication, and high performance skills
- Technical breadth: Enterprise customer level experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures, productivity, and security technologies
- MS-900 M365 Fundamentals Certified or SC-900 Security & Compliance Fundaments Certified
As a Modern Work Specialist, you will:
- Engage in conversations with customers aligned to their industry and collaborate with account and partner teams to drive and qualify new opportunities
- Identify customer business and technology readiness, proactively build external stakeholders' mapping, and implement strategies to accelerate the closing of deals
- Collaborate with Global Partner Solutions (GPS), identify new partners, develop joint proposals with partners, and contribute to developing partner strategies
