Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Solutions Sales/Implementation Project Manager to lead various projects, manage client relationships, and provide essential training and technical support.
About the Role:
- Lead technology implementation projects and ensure seamless integration of our solutions into customers' operations.
- Develop training materials, create user manuals, and conduct demos to highlight the features of our Task Manager software.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer processes and showcase the capabilities of our Digital Solutions Suite.
- Provide comprehensive training and technical support to customers to ensure they derive maximum benefit from our offerings.
- Maintain close contact with customers post-implementation to offer continued support and ensure that our solutions continue to meet their evolving needs.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant educational background in information systems, business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Intermediate experience in project management, particularly within the technology or supply chain sectors.
- Proven commercial experience in managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
- Strong familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25-30% as required.
