Digital Solutions Sales/Implementation Project Manager(m/f/d) Category: Operations Job: ID R-158508 Full time The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Solutions Sales/Implementation Project Manager. This role is pivotal in supporting and driving the successful implementation of our Digital Solutions Suite. The ideal candidate will lead various projects, manage client relationships, and provide essential training and technical support to ensure the seamless integration of our technologies into our customers operations. What We Are Looking For Education: A relevant educational background in information systems, business, supply chain management, or a related field. Experience: Intermediate experience in project management, particularly within the technology or supply chain sectors. Proven commercial experience in managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions Strong familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated experience in leading technology implementation projects. Excellent oral and written presentation skills. Ability to travel up to 25-30% as required. How You Will Thrive and Create an Impact In this role, you will: Support Task Manager Software: Develop training materials, create user manuals, and conduct demos that highlight the features of our Task Manager software. Drive Sales and Demos: Conduct thorough assessments of customer processes and showcase the capabilities of our Digital Solutions Suite, tailoring demonstrations to meet specific client needs. Lead Implementation Projects: As the Implementation Project Manager, you will identify optimal features for implementation, guide project teams, and oversee both onsite and offsite installations. Your role is critical in ensuring that our solutions are integrated smoothly and efficiently. Provide Comprehensive Training: Equip our customers with the knowledge and skills to use our systems effectively, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from our offerings. Deliver Technical Support: Act as a level 2 support specialist, addressing and resolving technical issues post-implementation, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Follow Up on Implementations: Maintain close contact with our customers post-implementation to offer continued support and ensure that our solutions continue to meet their evolving needs.
