Digital Systems Specialist / Digital Solutions Product Owner Digital Integration Specialist / Analyst Required to support the development and execution of pan-European Digital Applications projects to enhance the customer experience, as this Financial Services organisation provides financial product services across multiple European Countries. The focus on this role is not Digital Web assets but more on Digital Enterprise Software solutions, API integration & Data integration between different Enterprise Software Applications that allow a corporate financial services business to function effectively into the future. Your role will involve acting as the liaison between the business owners and Technical development teams, both internal & external vendors' applications technology teams. You will act as the Digital Integration SME between technical & business teams, co-ordinating the integration of software applications, as part of the overall Enterprise Digital Systems Transformation Program. We are seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist with a hybrid mix of technical skills & business analysis, co-ordination and/or technical project management skills. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead business requirements workshops on software solutions / Technical software applications projects, acting as the Technical SME on the integration of the company's core software solutions with external Vendors' solutions and Technical Development teams and ideally, also have the ability to manage the delivery of digital projects. The Technical skills focus of this role is on software applications & Data integration. We are not interested in anyone coming from a core infrastructure systems background. Experience Required: 3rd Level qualification in Technology/Business. 5+ yrs experience in a Digital Techno-functional role such as Digital Product Owner / Digital Project Manager/ Service Designer or Digital Solutions Specialist, Solutions Architect Experience in the integration of disparate Digital solutions in an Insurance / Financial Services or regulated business. Technical depth in Applications Software integration & Data Integration between systems & Digital software solutions. Excellent Communication & stakeholder management skills. Willingness to support other teams with a client & solutions focused approach. Excellent analytical skills. Able to work within a team and also independently. Comfortable working in a complex multi stakeholder environment. Experience of digital delivery in a complex matrix organization. Understanding of Agile and/ or ITIL methodology. Permanent position Salary = €70-75K + excellent benefits package Hybrid work environment, with 2 days per week in Dublin offices.
