Job Title: Digital Transformation Sales Leader

As a key member of our Small, Medium & Corporate (SMC) and Digital Sales organization, you will play a critical role in empowering our customers through the unique value of the Microsoft cloud.
Overview
Our SMC and Digital Sales organization is on pace to be Microsoft's next $100 billion-dollar business. As a Digital Transformation Sales Leader, you will support a dedicated set of customers in identifying and achieving their business objectives through best-in-class digital technical engagement. You will work cross-collaboratively with our team to deliver value to our customers, partners, and one another.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Azure Solution Specialists to provide and sell the best-in-class cloud service and platforms to our managed customers.
- Develop strategies to drive and close opportunities, and guide your team on communicating with customers to understand their business needs.
- Coach your team on business and market knowledge, and act as a thought leader to help the team connect Microsoft solutions to customer business impact.
- Lay out customer satisfaction long-term strategies, guide your team in whitespace analysis, and participate in regular strategic planning for assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated technology-related sales or account management experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated People Management experience.
- Azure experience or similar cloud-based solution experience.
