To support and enable this transformation, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Digital Workplace Specialist working as part of the Digital Workplace Technology team delivering day-to-day support of the Digital Workplace environment ensure delivery of the agreed level of IT services to the business. You will play a key role in the Digital Workplace team supporting office and branch locations. The team strives to continually improve and deliver a best-in-class colleague experience across multiple technologies, while also supporting the operational goals of the technical services team. Responsibilities: Implementation, support, and administration of multiple technologies to support Digital and Hybrid Workplace agendas. Primarily responsible for managing delivery, improvement, and governance of the banks end-user device estate. Building, implementing, and maintaining endpoint and mobile based services/solutions including image creation and deployment. Responsible for providing direct ownership of the delivery of the managed print solution throughout the Bank's branch network and wider administration locations. Manage successful delivery of branch technology support services. Maintain and build strong relationships with key vendors, responsible for delivering the relevant branch technology services. Monitor and administer SCCM, Intune, and all associated environments and raise and resolve escalated issues. Support development over the overarching Digital Workplace and end user computing strategy. Develop the Banks Digital Workplace capability leveraging cloud services. Support the implementation of business and technology projects. While working closely with internal project & support teams. Monitor and respond to issues, request for services and incidents logged into ticketing system working within is a service level expectation and a response time limit for these types of alerts and requests. Incident and problem management - own and track incidents and problem tickets until completion. Act as a contact point for business as usual (BAU) and project queries relating to end-user compute management and branch technology. Requirements: Essential Proven experience supporting a large enterprise end-user computing environment. Strong technical experience in the following technologies Windows10/11, operating system imaging and deployment (SCCM and Intune) encryption, device compliance and security configuration. Technical experience in application packaging and deployment. Experience of Microsoft patch management and vulnerability administration. Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, apps, and services. Desired Knowledge of Citrix virtual app and desktop/ desktop as a service (DaaS). Knowledge of MDM & MAM Solutions (MobileIron, Intune, Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox) Scripting Experience (PowerShell). Industry / Professional Certification. Active contributor - plays a proactive role as part of the team, supporting colleagues and the organisation to achieve targets. Ability to work on own initiative with strong self-starter competencies. This is a Permanent role based in PTSB Dublin or Cork offices.
