**Digital Workplace Specialist**
PTSB is one of Ireland's leading retail and SME banks, with an innovative range of products and services powered through an evolving digital landscape.
We are seeking a Digital Workplace Specialist to join our Digital Workplace Technology team, delivering day-to-day support of the Digital Workplace environment and ensuring delivery of the agreed level of IT services to the business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the Digital Workplace team, supporting office and branch locations, and will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and administering multiple technologies to support Digital and Hybrid Workplace agendas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing delivery, improvement, and governance of the bank's end-user device estate
- Building, implementing, and maintaining endpoint and mobile-based services/solutions, including image creation and deployment
- Providing direct ownership of the delivery of the managed print solution throughout the bank's branch network and wider administration locations
- Managing successful delivery of branch technology support services
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with key vendors
- Monitoring and administering SCCM, Intune, and all associated environments
- Supporting development of the overarching Digital Workplace and end-user computing strategy
- Developing the bank's Digital Workplace capability leveraging cloud services
- Supporting the implementation of business and technology projects
- Monitoring and responding to issues, requests for services, and incidents logged into the ticketing system
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience supporting a large enterprise end-user computing environment
- Strong technical experience in Windows 10/11, operating system imaging and deployment, encryption, device compliance, and security configuration
- Technical experience in application packaging and deployment
- Experience of Microsoft patch management and vulnerability administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, apps, and services
- Desired knowledge of Citrix virtual app and desktop/desktop as a service (DaaS)
- Desired knowledge of MDM & MAM Solutions (MobileIron, Intune, Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox)
- Scripting experience (PowerShell)
- Industry/professional certification
