As a Direct Sales Graduate at Datapac, you'll be operating in ICT sales, working closely with our experienced team members and under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer-focused with a polite telephone manner, strong administrative skills, and attention to detail.
- Good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office, such as Excel and Word.
- Engagement with customers (active, inactive, and prospective) to boost account activation and sales.
- Adapt to changing customer needs by understanding and addressing their requirements.
- Align customer needs with products, services, and solutions from our portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities among both existing and potential customers.
- Ensure precision in generating quotations, processing orders, and maintaining detailed CRM records.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal communication with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on additional duties as assigned by the Direct Sales Team Leader.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness in undertaking all duties and to consider the business impact of all actions.
- Ensure compliance with company Data Protection and Information Security procedures.

- Prioritise Health & Safety protocols while carrying out duties.
Essential Qualifications:
- Leaving certificate or equivalent is essential.
- Additional certifications from industry bodies are beneficial but not required.
