Optum, a Fortune 5 business, seeks a Director Business Process to lead the Clinical Solutions – Data Operations team.
The successful candidate will be accountable for end-to-end business process design, delivery, and management, leveraging a matrixed environment of data, technology, and global teams.
The role involves providing leadership and execution for the Clinical Solutions Data Operations business, driving the development of existing processes, and introducing new processes to meet emerging business needs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading the development of end-to-end business processes in a senior leadership role, with a strong background in data quality initiatives and audit processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing end-to-end business process leadership and execution for the Clinical Solutions Data Operations business
- Driving the development of existing processes and introducing new processes to meet emerging business needs
- Collaborating with technology teams to introduce new and innovative ideas to promote growth and value across the business
- Proactively supporting the continuous development of high-performing teams and individual performance while cultivating team engagement
Required qualifications include an undergraduate degree from an accredited university or college, extensive experience leading end-to-end business processes, and experience working in a senior leadership role managing multiple data quality initiatives.
Preferred qualifications include a working knowledge of the US healthcare industry, proficient knowledge of SDLC and Agile Scrum frameworks, and an accredited qualification in business management.
