About the RolePurpose:Are you ready to step up and become a Director of Clinical Development Capability & Engagement? You will provide strategic planning and operational execution support to the Head, CD Capability and Engagement. You will deliver on the goals aligned within the overall strategy and vision. Leading an effective and seamless communication across functions and collaborating with numerous team members and partners.Key requirements:Responsible for the execution of key strategic capability building plans focussed on quality, business value and agility.Enable an environment that champions sharing, clinical learning across an experienced Clinical Development community.Implement plans on building the capabilities required to attain digital excellence in clinical trials.Collaborate with the Digital, Data, and Technology team; Medical and other supporting functions to inform and implement solutions that increase organizational expertise in priority areas.Working with Head, CD Capability and Engagement, explores future trends, innovation and digital advances and integrates into capability initiatives to drive an effective and engaging learner experience.Take the strategic ownership of developing and completing CD communications and organisational change plans to support adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.Develop and lead essential communications for CD functional wide initiatives and transformation changes.Your Experience:Master’s degree or equivalent in public relations or communications.5 years of contribution within the fundamental understanding of Clinical Drug Development.Excellent communication skills that allow for effective interactions within all levels of the organization.Proven track record to navigate and inspire change within an organization.Strong evidence of critical thinking, problem solving and embracing an international and diverse community.Why Novartis: Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
