The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong understanding of European, Middle East, and Africa markets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing compensation and benefit strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with stakeholders to provide guidance on reward-related matters. The role also involves leading pay for performance annual compensation reviews and supporting the implementation of global Compensation & Benefits initiatives in the region. You will be responsible for leading the pay for performance annual compensation review process, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the implementation of global Compensation & Benefits initiatives in the region. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and partnership to HRBPs and senior business stakeholders on reward-related matters, developing competitive reward policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance for compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline, with relevant experience in compensation and benefits across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will have strong compensation experience, including job evaluation and salary benchmarking, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills. You will also have good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to partner and consult effectively.
