As a Director of Financial Business Partnering at ICON, you will be instrumental in providing strategic financial guidance and support to key stakeholders, driving informed decision-making and contributing to the financial success of our organization.What You Will Be Doing:Partnering with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and financial requirements, and providing insights and analysis to support their decision-making process.Leading the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Developing financial models and scenarios to evaluate business opportunities, investment decisions, and performance metrics, and recommending actions to optimize financial outcomes.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies, and revenue optimization, and driving initiatives to achieve financial targets.Providing leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Your Profile:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and strategic financial management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract research organization (CRO) industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and formulate actionable recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proven leadership and management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.Join us at ICON and be part of a team dedicated to advancing healthcare through strategic financial management and business partnership.
