We are seeking a Director of Financial Business Partnering to join our diverse and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and financial requirements.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop financial models and scenarios to evaluate business opportunities and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and strategic financial management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
