**Global Patient Safety Lead** A seasoned professional is sought to lead the safety strategy and ensure optimal support for assigned compounds and products, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver safety objectives. The Global Patient Safety Lead serves as the first point of contact for all safety-related issues, leading the safety strategy and ensuring optimal support from within the Global Patient Safety organization. This role requires the ability to work with and influence colleagues in a matrix environment, including senior management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the safety strategy and ensure optimal support from within the Global Patient Safety organization * Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver safety objectives * Represent Global Patient Safety for assigned compounds on cross-functional teams * Proactively identify and develop safety strategies and planning for non-compound specific Global Patient Safety activities * Act as a resource for medical review for complex ICSRs and other data sources of assigned compounds * Participate in the development and maintenance of relevant SOPs, working practices, and guides * Participate in continuous improvement activities within the Global Patient Safety organization **Requirements:** * Minimum 10+ years of total relevant experience in PV and/or relevant medical field or equivalent of industry experience in drug safety * 5+ years of total relevant experience in PV and/or relevant medical field with Pharm D / Ph D / MD degree required * Clinical experience and/or industry experience in Oncology is a plus **Regeneron Pharmaceuticals** Regeneron is a leading biotechnology company that discovers, develops, and commercializes innovative medicines for serious diseases.
