Our products, services, and solutions help bring innovative therapies to market and support the patients who depend on them.THE POSITION:The Associate Principal/Director, Global Pricing and Access, will be responsible for steering project teams in delivering client consultancy projects and managing existing client relationships throughout engagements. This role involves enhancing project managers and related teams with customized insights and strategic guidance. The Associate Principal/Director will ensure executive messages are delivered to clients and continued engagement is maintained.Responsibilities include:Supporting and overseeing client project outcomes and sharing resultsAssisting project managers in presenting project results to client leadershipAssisting the Sr Principal/Vice President to coordinate team activitiesContributing to business development by designing proposals and helping to meet quarterly revenue targetsTraining junior colleagues and supporting the professional growth of the teamRepresenting internal point of contact for cross-functional activitiesSupporting the development of industry-related events (e.g., fairs, congresses)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Delivering outstanding business results through project teams, often supervising multiple projects simultaneouslyUsing business experience to identify strategic alternatives and project approachesAssisting in the creation and presentation of final client reports and ensuring client satisfactionFollowing up with existing clients post-project to ensure satisfaction and explore new business opportunitiesManaging business development opportunities, including team presentations and pitchesTraining and supporting project managers in project and bidding activitiesEXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:Travel: 25% InternationalHours: Minimum of 40 hours per weekMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Education: B.S./B.A in a relevant field of study requiredExperience: 12+ years in the pharmaceutical, medical, or health industry; 8+ years in a consulting roleSkills and Abilities:Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative market researchExcellent project management skillsStrong business development capabilitiesIndustry Knowledge:Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business practicesComprehensive knowledge of pricing and market access in key global geographiesAdditional Requirements:Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWillingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the timeREQUIRED EU VISAPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, PhD)10+ years of management consulting experienceOutstanding communication skillsOutstanding team management capabilitiesEVERSANA is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and our employees come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
