**Global Pricing and Market Access Director** We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global pricing and market access initiatives, driving business results through strategic guidance and project management expertise. **Job Description** At EVERSANA, we are a global team of over 7,000 employees committed to creating and delivering next-generation commercialization services to the life sciences industry. Our clients range from innovative biotech start-ups to established pharmaceutical companies, and we serve over 650 clients worldwide. **Key Responsibilities** • Deliver outstanding business results through project teams, often supervising multiple projects simultaneously • Use business experience to identify strategic alternatives and project approaches • Assist in the creation and presentation of final client reports and ensure client satisfaction • Follow up with existing clients post-project to ensure satisfaction and explore new business opportunities • Manage business development opportunities, including team presentations and pitches • Train and support project managers in project and bidding activities **Requirements** • 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or health industry; 8+ years in a consulting role • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative market research • Excellent project management skills • Strong business development capabilities • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business practices • Comprehensive knowledge of pricing and market access in key global geographies **Preferred Qualifications** • Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, Ph.D.) • 10+ years of management consulting experience • Outstanding communication skills • Outstanding team management capabilities
