Our Organisation would greatly benefit from a member with expertise in best practice in HR Management, ideally but not necessarily in the not-for-profit sector.Tir Na Nog, Ballymun Day Nursery Company Ltd By Guarantee, Sillogue Road, Ballymun, D11 provides a professional pre-school service to 120 local children. We are looking to strengthen our voluntary Board of Directors by inviting a new member to join our Board.Our Vision is to provide a high-quality service for children, focusing on their social, emotional, educational, and developmental needs both physically and emotionally while also facilitating the development of parents to access employment and training.The role of the new Director is to add to our skillset and expertise of our current Board Members.Board meetings take place every month, with occasional extra meetings as required. Meetings last around one to two hours depending on the agenda and are usually held on Tuesday or Thursday morning. At the moment, meetings are held through Zoom. #J-18808-Ljbffr
