We are looking for a leader with a proven track record of developing a team and scaling an organisation. The ideal candidate has significant experience in senior comms roles, can juggle competing priorities, deal with multiple stakeholders and maintain excellent client relations without breaking a sweat.Key ResponsibilitiesReport directly to 150Bond managing partners and lead clients on behalf of 150BondDirect key accounts by being a strategic asset and advisor, embedding yourself with clients and anticipating their needs across multiple time zones at a senior levelDevelop and manage team members in the region Develop and lead business development initiatives and build a strong pipeline of clientsContinue to establish deep relationships with media, both traditional and non-traditional. Tell and shape stories, strategies, and narratives on behalf of clients Recruit, train and develop team membersDeliver on key operational initiatives from brand development to global strategies for 150BondQualificationsMinimum of 8-10 years of deep experience in the communications industryProject management and agency experienceStrategic comms experience across technology and businessAbility to pursue new business opportunities.
