Seeking a Director of Engineering with a strong track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in Ireland, with expertise in risk management, project management, and technical engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team, contractors, and public authorities to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Director delivering large infrastructure projects in Ireland.
- Proven track record of successful delivery of large-budget capital projects in Ireland.
- Demonstrable strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting capital projects.
- Demonstrable successful people management experience.
- Proven track record in construction management an advantage.
