Our in-house developed RPG was launched in 2018 and continues to evolve, being consistently one of the top 10 gross revenue Massive Multiplayer Strategy games on the market.What You Will DoTeam Building: lead analysts and engineers as part of a thriving and collaborative group that performs at high level, managing their own work to solve complex business problems with a strong focus on value outcomes.Game Leadership: work as part of the leadership group to drive a strategy of consistent growth for the studio, delighting our players.Insight Culture: develop the decision-making practices across the organisation, building effective behaviours with focus on agile and lean practices.Data Projects: create insight products that scale, applying advanced analytical concepts to make player behaviours, feature performance and game health actionable for non-data teams through the full game development lifecycle.What We’re Looking ForImpactful track record in an analytics leadership role.Strong experience working in a large-scale live service title in videogaming.Product-oriented leadership skills driving multi-disciplinary teams to success.Experience building an insight culture across development teams.Advanced data practitioner who leads by example to drive project outcomes.Ability to distil and present complex findings for audiences at all levels.A passion to drive success in world-class F2P games.At Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that!
