Job Description: Director of Architecture I'm working with a successful multinational FinTech who are rapidly expanding their Galway office over the course of the next 12 months. This current requirement is for a Director of Architecture to shape their product strategy, roadmap and implementation approaches. This role requires someone who is at ease working closely with senior leadership within the business, collaborating with those leaders to form a roadmap and strategies for progression. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in record keeping. They are looking for an experienced leader in the architecture space with strong presentation, documentation and communication skills. This includes being equally comfortable speaking with senior management as well as with the engineers within their squad. The candidate should be able to communicate efficiently with both technical and non-technical members of staff, while also providing technical leadership and solutions to agile teams.
