We're seeking an experienced Director of DevOps to lead the transformation of our client's DevOps teams. The successful candidate will drive the adoption of CI/CD practices, enhance automation, and improve software delivery quality. This role reports directly to the CTO and involves managing teams across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities: Align DevOps strategy with the company's tech goals alongside the CTO Lead and transform DevOps teams to prioritize automation, CI/CD, and frequent releases Work with product, development, and QA teams to ensure smooth software releases Oversee the shift to a cross-functional team structure Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Manage three teams (10+ engineers) in India and the Middle East for seamless software delivery Qualifications: 8+ years of senior leadership experience, with a proven track record in driving organizational change towards agile and DevOps practices Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead through change Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR etc.) is a plus Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solution Architect) are advantageous Benefits: Strategic leadership role with direct impact on tech direction Fully remote work with flexible hours outside core hours 20 days paid time off, increasing with tenure, plus 10 public holidays Paid day off for your birthday and volunteer work Reimbursement for internet, lunch, wellbeing, and hardware costs If you are interested in this role then please apply directly below.
