Director of GTM Business Analytics The Director of GTM Business Analytics will lead our analytics and data engineering teams, supporting Sales, Go-to-Market (GTM), Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support functions. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing everything from data engineering to report automation and predictive analytics, providing leadership and mentorship to a globally dispersed team. You will also play a hands-on role, working closely with over 100 stakeholders across the company. This role is remote once based in Ireland. If you wish to work from our office, our Irish hub is based in Limerick. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement the business analytics strategy to support company-wide objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a globally dispersed team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize analytics initiatives that drive business value. Data Engineering and Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all platforms and systems. Analytics and Data Science: Lead the design and execution of advanced analytics and data science projects to provide actionable insights. Promote the use of predictive modeling, machine learning, and other advanced analytics techniques to solve complex business problems. Report Automation and Visualization: Drive the automation of reporting processes to deliver timely and accurate insights to stakeholders. Develop and implement data visualization standards and practices to enhance data storytelling. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with 100+ stakeholders across Sales, GTM, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to understand their analytics needs and deliver solutions that drive results. Provide thought leadership and guidance on leveraging data to support business decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful analytics teams. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a global team. Hands-on experience with data engineering, analytics tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g. SQL, DBT, Python, R, Looker etc). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar role within a fast-growing tech company. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure). Experience with agile development methodologies.
