The Director of Network Programs will manage service delivery of cutting-edge analytical solutions, products, and datasets at the intersection of business, technology, and data science. This role requires a passion for innovation and a desire to make a significant impact on the healthcare industry. The Director will collaborate cross-functionally with numerous business and data analytics teams and manage multiple business projects at one time. The position comes with flexible work arrangements and a hybrid work model, allowing individuals to split their monthly work hours between the Dublin and Letterkenny office and working from a home-based office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage health plan clients and their members and provider health systems in assigned Markets
  • Develop and deploy business plans at the market level with a focus on managing initiatives and costs
  • Build relationships across Markets (provider and medical management community partners)
  • Work with central function leads to target strategies for optimal Market effectiveness
  • Manage client relationships and serve as a market resource across Market Consultation
  • Lead business development opportunities through health system enablement strategies
  • Ensure targets are met or exceeded for assigned Markets across all clients
  • Monitor Market level trends, risk, and opportunities
  • Identify Market barriers and mitigation plans
  • Drive initiatives to optimize performance across Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA populations
  • Influence the development and improvement of operations/service processes

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance or equivalent education and experience
  • Progressively increasing business management experience in a high impact role
  • Demonstrated success in healthcare delivery operations, healthcare financing, and industry trends
  • Leadership capability in developing new teams and growing existing business
