Director of Operations Vacancy Available
Location: Hybrid – Dublin/Remote
Hours: Full time
Salary: 100,000 euros + 30,000 euros performance related bonus
Venn Group are currently working with an organisation based in Dublin who are seeking a Director of Operations on a permanent basis.
This organisation provides childcare services to preschool and primary-aged children across Ireland and they are looking to bring in a highly experienced candidate who can support them with their plans to scale their business.
Main duties of the job:
Overseeing all aspects of the organisations' operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve the company's short-term and long-term goals.
Identifying opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and track progress towards goals.
Analysing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.
The successful candidate must have:
Experience of delivering large scale growth.
