We have been retained to recruit a Director of Operations.There is flexibility as to where in Ireland the successful candidate will be based.Overview Of RoleThis role is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Ireland & UK clinics by leading the operations team across our a number of clinics. Delivering a best in class experience is the cornerstone of this company's business. This role will develop and implement new ways of working that enable a best in class patient experience, and work with the executive team to sustainably grow the revenue across each clinic in Ireland and the UK. Delivering results through a fully engaged team in line with clear ways of working is key to this role.Main Responsibilities and Duties:This role is responsible for developing and implementing best in class standards and processes that deliver an exceptional clinic experience. The role is responsible for ensuring all non-medical staff are trained to the company standard, all clinics operate in line with the developed standards, and employees are engaged with clear objectives.Responsibilities include: Developing, implementing, and maintaining all service productivity standards. Provide coaching and guidance to all Clinic leaders regarding standards, operational efficiencies, process improvements and creation of documented managerial standards. Supporting the communication strategy including regular webinars and catch-ups with Clinic Teams Ensure all clinics are fully stocked and manage the stock ordering process. Continuous improvement of the Clinic operations manual that includes all current Clinic Directives, key operational policies and procedures (P&P) to improve transparency and efficiency. Work with the COO to drive operational improvements, through automation of reporting and controls. Support the development and implementation of new clinics in Ireland & the UK, ensuring that they are in compliance with standards and targets. Providing support and assistance in resolving clinic specific issues that include patient issues, training requirements, rostering, etc. Developing and managing patient service standards for all clinics including health and safety. Assisting in the development and implementation of systems, procedures and controls that assist the control of labour, maintenance and cost management. Drive improvements in KPI's through engaging with Clinic and Area Managers to optimise performance. Providing best practices and co-ordinating problem resolution as required, including follow-up on patient satisfaction trends, efficiency metrics and communication with other members of the executive team. Monitor and validate on a regular basis through audits that patients are receiving the best possible service, applying all the required corrective actions to ensure standards are met. #J-18808-Ljbffr
