Develop and implement global strategy for Payment Integrity capability, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
Lead definition and communication of global vision, mission, and goals for PI capability, ensuring alignment with business/transformation strategy and stakeholder expectations.
Lead development and execution of global capability roadmap, identifying and prioritizing key initiatives, projects, and activities to deliver desired outcomes and impact.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with PI Capability work stream and Cross Capability teams within enterprise, as well as global functional leaders, to ensure alignment, collaboration, and coordination across capability network.
Own and evaluate capability delivery and performance, using relevant metrics and indicators, and implement continuous improvement actions to ensure quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and incremental benefits.
Represent capability area of expertise in relevant internal and external forums, events, and networks, and act as subject matter expert and thought leader.
